Our executive courses are exclusively intended for enterprises within the meaning of Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB) i.e., natural or legal persons in the exercise of their
commercial professional activity.
Purchases by private consumers
(Section 13 BGB) are excluded. No right of withdrawal under Sections 312g, 355 BGB exists due to the absence of consumer status.
